  • Step 1: Open a project in Scratch 
  • Step 2: Click on the blue icon under block categories
  • Step 3: You are now in the extensions library, select the desired extension from here

  • Step 3: Delete all the blocks of that extension from your project.

After you refresh the page, the extension category will be deleted from your Block Palette
